Harsimrat Aujla has completed her graduation from North Maharashtra University India. She was awarded Gold Medal in 2009 from University for scoring highest marks in LLB.
She was called to Bar Association of India in 2008. She worked as an Assistant Lawyer with Alok Mohindra and Associates at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. As an Assistant lawyer she has an experience in dealing with the matters relating to Family law, 138 N.I act complaints, Land disputes and Tenancy matters.
Then she migrated to Canada to pursue her POST Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from George Brown College, Toronto. Her PG Diploma helped her to learn more about the Canadian employment law and Labor Law thoroughly.
After upgrading her law Degree she was called to Law Society of Upper Canada in Jan 2015.
She enjoys helping people by resolving conflicts. Her approach to conflict resolution is first through negotiation and mediation and if those fails then through litigation. She always strive to use the most cost-effective and efficient method for the client.

Our representation and fee agreement states the basis upon which our fees will be billed, as well as any retainer fee that may be required. The retainer is deposited into in our trust account, and held as a deposit against the final bill.
